Product structure features
1. The single-ball flexible rubber joint can greatly reduce the
vibration and noise of the pipeline system, and fundamentally solve
the problems of interface displacement, axial expansion and
misalignment of various pipelines.
2. The material is polar rubber, with good sealing, light weight,
convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life, but
avoid contact with sharp metal instruments to avoid puncturing the
sphere.
3. If the overhead is used, it can be equipped with an elastic
bracket, and the bolt should be tightened diagonally during
installation.
4. If the pressure of the pipeline is too high, the limit bolts
should be used to connect the flanges at both ends.

maintenance.
2. Transverse, axial and angular displacement can be generated
during installation, and it is not limited by the non-concentric
pipeline and non-parallel flanges.

Instructions for use of the product
1. This product is used for high-rise water supply, and the
pipeline must have a fixed bracket, otherwise the product should be
installed with an anti-pull support device. The force of the fixed
support or bracket must be greater than the axial force, otherwise
the anti-pull support device should also be installed.
2. You can choose to use flexible rubber joints according to your
own pipeline: 0.25Mpa, 1.0Mpa, 1.6Mpa, 2.5Mpa, 4.0Mpa, and the
connection size refers to the "Flange Size Table".
