Product Composition
1. Inner rubber layer: The inner rubber layer is in direct contact with the medium, and

2. Reinforcement layer: The reinforcement layer is a key part to improve the compressive
and tensile strength of rubber joints, usually composed of
high-strength fiber materials or steel wires. This layer is

higher pressures and loads, while providing the right amount of
elasticity.
3. Outer rubber layer: The outer rubber layer is used to protect the internal structure
of the rubber joint from the external environment, such as
sunlight, rain, oil pollution, etc. The outer rubber layer is
generally required to have good anti-aging and corrosion resistance
to prolong the service life of rubber joints.
4. Flange or threaded joints: The two ends of rubber joints are usually made of steel flanges or
threaded joints to facilitate reliable connection with the pipeline
system. The material and processing accuracy of the flange directly
affect the installation quality and sealing performance of the
rubber joint.
How the product works
Combined threaded rubber expansion joints work by absorbing displacement, vibration, and pressure
fluctuations in the piping system through the expansion and
deformation of their elastomers. Specific features include:
Absorption of vibration and noise: The elastic properties of rubber joints allow them to effectively
absorb mechanical vibrations, reduce noise transmission and improve
the working environment.
Compensation displacement: When the displacement of the pipeline system due to temperature
changes, pressure fluctuations or installation errors occurs, the
rubber joint is compensated by its own flexible deformation to
ensure the stability of the pipeline connection.
Cushion pressure fluctuations: During fluid transfer, the flexible material of rubber joints can
produce moderate deformation when subjected to transient pressure
fluctuations, mitigating pressure shocks in piping systems.
